Green tea are non-fermented tea, so the water temperature is controlled at 75 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ as best. Like black tea, black tea, oolong tea and ohter fermented tea, the best water temperature is full boiling water.

[BREWING TIME]

Soaking time is directly related successful of brewing tea. Time should not be too long, it is best to control in 2-3 minutes or so. If the soaking time is too long while the taste is very bitter. But if it is too short, then the flavor will be too light. Besides, we should pay special attention to the appropriate ratio of tea and the water, it is inversely proportional to the amount of water and tea.

[SECOND INFUSION TEA]

Many people do not like to drink the first infusion tea because of its ill-health to human body. Pay special attention to clean the tea sets with hot water before drinking. Therefore we start drinking from second infusion. NOTE: Studies have found that often drink oolong tea can effectively help to anti-aging. This is because oolong tea can improve SOD enzyme activity, thereby delaying cell senescence.
